He describes his journey as “It’s the most teaching and valuable career path for me which started in 1999 in the field and continues as the Manufacturer Relations and Commercial Director of Alliance Healthcare Turkey at the moment."

Sarah-Louise White – Customer Development Executive, Health and Beauty Team (UK)

Sarah-Louise joined in 2011 and is thrilled she has been given the opportunity to progress. Originally working in the Telesales Department for the UK brand OTC Direct, Sarah-Louise moved to her current role in May 2016. She ensures that all supplier orders are processed as smoothly as possible.
She says “I love my job – I have gone up a step in my career and that makes me feel proud. Alliance Healthcare really looks after its employees and I’ve had lots of support and encouragement. I have fortnightly meetings with my line manager where we talk about how my role is going and he helps me to learn new skills such as decision-making.”


Ger Neijts - Driver at Alloga (the Netherlands)

Ger Neijts is a driver at Alloga in The Netherlands and loves his profession. Ger is simply a lover of driving and says of his job “It's my hobby.”
He has now worked for Alloga for three and a half years, but not continuously. In between, Ger has been away for half a year and in that period he obtained his truck driver's license. “The day I left here, I was already homesick,” he says with a powerful look in his eyes. “I was a taxi driver for twenty-five years, but I didn't like that job anymore. The nice thing about my job at Alloga is the contact with the customers and that you work independently.”

"I would say that the most important aspect of my career has been my evolution within the company. I started in 1997 as a delivery driver, then I worked as an order picker, shop manager, operations manager and I have been in my current position for nine years.
