Süleyman Tuluay - Manufacturers and Commercial Director (Turkey)

  Süleyman joined the team as Purchasing and Sales Assistant Manager in 1999.

  He describes his journey as “It’s the most teaching and valuable career path for me which started in 1999 in the field and
  continues as the Manufacturer Relations and Commercial Director of Alliance Healthcare Turkey at the moment.

  I find everyday a new challenge to overcome and learn new core values each day. Learning and development never stop here!

  I experienced all the levels of positions here in Turkey and also I was appointed in Alliance Healthcare Norway as Operations
  Manager.

  I am accustomed to every department and their daily business which helps me to understand the mechanism of the company
  and I can easily show empathy towards the related departments I work with.

What I like most about my job is that I work with people who see each other as a family. We all support and care about each other here in Turkey; from specialists to senior management.
